Benchmark Library
Process Value Benchmark Library
This library shows how value flows through core end‑to‑end processes, and which KPIs typically drive cost, cycle time, and service‑level improvements.
Each tree starts from the financial/strategic outcome, moves to process KPIs, and then to operational drivers. Benchmark ranges are cross‑industry and indicative; use them to estimate the size of the opportunity, not as guaranteed targets.
Note: This library shows the most critical, cross‑industry KPIs. For industry‑specific benchmarks, deeper KPI sets, or help translating these into a business case, contact us.
